Thank you for using our Video Remote Interpreting Services. The below instructional video compliments the written procedures we sent via email. Please refer to those procedures for the id and password to use to login to our VRI system and request a remote interpreter via video.

To have the video go into on full-screen mode, simply place your cursor over the video, point the cursor to the right-hand side of the video screen, and click on the icon that appears right on the top right hand side of the Apple computer image as shown below.

To exit out of full-screen mode, simply click on the “Esc” key on your keyboard.
